Sissener SICAV

Dear shareholders,

 

The funds Sissener Canopus and Sissener Corporate Bond Fund managed by Sissener AS, are currently sub-funds of the main fund SEB Prime Solutions.

 

We at Sissener AS have decided to create a separate main fund and move (merge) both sub-funds to the new main fund, called Sissener SICAV.

 

For shareholders, everything remains the same and you do not need to take any action as a result of the merger.

 

The investment mandate and strategy, the funds risk, share classes, ISIN and costs in both funds will not change as a result of the change.

 

In connection with the merger, the fund must remain closed for subscriptions/redemptions for five days, 21st-27th of July.
